Sally Kutcher started the Helping Hands Ministry in our Church and has tirelessly worked to bring help, comfort, food clothing and financial help to many in our parish and our community. One of the many things she has done: My mom was a dear friend of Mother Teresa of Calcutta for ten years, promised Mother that she would sing at her funeral when she passed away. When the news came of Mother Teresa's death, my Mom, Marlene E. was devastated, and because she did not have the money to make the trip to India, she was heartbroken. Sally found out and went right to work, donating money and any help that was needed for my mom to get there. Through her efforts and the Helping Hands and members of our Church, my mom fulfilled her promise to Mother Teresa to sing at her funeral. Mrs. Kutcher does so much for this parish, many times no one knows it, and she fulfills many wishes. God bless her and on behalf of my mom and my sisters and our whole family, God bless Sally Kutcher!
