SALT Council:
Ray is consistently the first to arrive at events involving the SALT Council and he presents the Council in a positive manner with great enthusiasm. He has taken it upon himself to deliver items that are part of SALT Council programs, using his own car and driving miles to do so. He took the contractor fraud brochure to banks and mortgage offices all over the parish (county) and makes sure they have a continuous supply.
Lakeview Regional Medical Center:
Ray works two regularly scheduled 6-hour shifts each week, and also fills in for other volunteers at the hospital. He also provides nighttime security during the sales sponsored by the Auxiliary.
Ray is a heartfelt volunteer who is always committed to the faithful fulfillment of any duties he is assigned.
I consider Ray to be the "Energizer Bunny" of the SALT Council because he just keeps running and running and running!
