Ralph is a wonderful man who "knows no strangers," wherever he goes. After his retirement as CEO of a fortune 500 company, he began volunteering with Chemo Buddies as a chemotherapy treatment room volunteer.
He helps patients (and their family members or friends that accompany them) by getting them anything they may need: snacks, blankets, electronics, etc.
Chemo is a long day, anywhere from 4 to 7 hours, and with no TVs or other distractions, a friend in the treatment room is a real asset.
Ralph also volunteers at River Pointe Health Campus and does all kinds of different things with the Activity Director. His favorite thing, is calling bingo.
A great guy making a significant difference in the lives of others!
