January 30, 2014

Our very own office volunteer, Margaret 'Peggy' Grantham, received a nomination and award for the Full Steam Ahead Life Coaching and Mentoring award for 2013.
Peggy was always there to share her kindness with children and adults in whatever way she could. She has dedicates herself to be an outstanding member of our community and teaches us that humility comes in from all different directions.
This comes as no surprise to us at Good Shepherd and we would be lost without her.
Thank you for all of your efforts in helping our community grow. This does not go unrecognized! Ms. Peggy started volunteering at Good Shepherd Caregivers 4 years ago, after she needed help getting to physical therapy. She the started making wellness calls to clients in need with no one else to check on them. She enjoys volunteering because she loves giving back the help that was so freely given to her. Ms. Peggy helps over 60 clients, twice a month.

Is this you? If you were nominated by someone else and do not wish to take part in this contest, opt out here.
