Ed is a retired Major General from the National Guard who has volunteered at the County-City Building Information Desk, 16 hours a week, for 20 years. He never misses a day. In1984 he was instrumental in organizing and planning the County/City Volunteer of the Month Program under the auspicies of the RSVP Protram. Since
1998 he has assisted consumers complete applications for the Homestead Exemption program. Ed is a vital part of the County-City Building and impacts anyone who enters the front doors including County-City Employees. He is instrumental in directing people to the correct department and or building.
