He is the co facilitator of the alzheimers support group twice a month. Each time it's 2.5-3 hours. He sets up the room. Runs the meeting when the main person can't make it. He helps raise money for the alzheimers walk, sets up, and breaks down. For the homeless shelter, he drives over donations to the shelter whether money or food. He is also on the fundraiser committee for all of the events. He is a rotary reeder. He goes into the schools and helps 2nd graders with their reading skills. He does this 4-5 times a month. He is always around to help. It gives him a purpose in life in keeping people happy and helping them. He also belongs to the Knights of Columbus. He tells the staff at Woodland Towers that they saved him after his wife passed.
